Summertime gives women the perfect excuse for her to show off some bare skin. Bikini cleavage is trendy but popular. That’s why so many females get a gym membership so they can get trim and slim down for bikini season.
Skin clinics are certainly popular during winter months when ladies plan for their island or cruise ship vacations. However, when springtime arrives and warm weather and sunshine lures us outside, we might think about going to the gym to get our bodies in shape for bikini season. Why a skin clinic? Girls want their skin to look blemish-free, smooth, and silky.
Equally important to a woman are the swimsuits she buys for the season. No trendy and chic woman wants to be caught wearing last season’s swimsuit style.
To prepare for this season’s swimsuit season, you know that bikinis do the best job of showing off your cleavage. The latest trend this year is to wear a revealing swimsuit top that shows off and accentuates your bikini cleavage.
To achieve this year’s style trend, just wear a swimsuit that has a deep V-plunge neckline. You might be amazed to learn that swimwear designers have created deep V-necklines that go way below the bust line. When you wear this style top, it will show enough bikini cleavage that will surely merit the attention of a lot of men.
The V-plunge has a seductive appeal to a man because he can’t see everything. He sees the flesh that creates the cleavage, but he can’t see much more of the breast. Now if you’re really daring, you might want to search for those deep V-necklines that go so low that they expose the belly button. This type of suit is extremely revealing of a lot of skin.
Swimwear trends this year most definitely include cutouts that also show cleavage. You’ll find suits that have cutouts on the sides, at the back of the suit, or running horizontally or vertically in the cleavage region. Cutouts can be anywhere. Buy a suit with cutouts that highlight your best assets like your cleavage. Cutout suits also work wonders for hiding those parts of your body that you don’t want to highlight.
Many name brand designers have incorporated cutouts into their 2010-2011 collections. For sure, you won’t have shopping problems due to the vast variety of suits that are designed to fit your body type and your pocketbook.
Strings can also be used to flaunt bikini cleavage. There are tops that have strings between the breasts. This gives a peek at the cleavage without revealing too much. The nice thing about this is that it is not only good for those who really have bikini cleavage but even for those who have little. The strings give the illusion that there is something interesting behind.
Swimsuits with built in pads are also great for highlighting your cleavage. The pads will give your breasts the push they need for a perfect looking cleavage.

Perhaps you made a resolution to lose 10 pounds before the summer, but didn’t quite reach your goal. That doesn’t Yearn you have to parade around the beach or poolside in long pants and sleeves. You can still wear a bathing suit arid look good. Consider these tips.
- Use a self-tanning product. A little extra color can mask certain imperfections. Plus, your skin won’t look so stark next to a darker colored swimsuit.
- Choose a one-piece suit. It’s easier to camouflage areas of the body in a one-piece swimsuit, or a tankini that offers modest coverage. Darker colors on the bottom also can help you look slimmer.
- Select a swimsuit that fits. Don’t try to squeeze into a suit that is too small in an effort to hold in what nature gave you. This can only cause a stuffed-sausage look. Rather, wear the right size and you will look thinner in the process. lf you need help selecting a swimsuit, go to a store with salespeople who can assist. Some bra and lingerie stores also sell swimwear that can be custom-fit.
- Avoid boy shorts. Unless you’re relatively skinny and have few curves boy shorts won’t look good on your body. You may think you’re covering up more but you could be drawing attention to the wrong areas.
- Practice diligent hair removal. You’ll have more confidence if you’ve waxed or shaven thoroughly.
- Men should skip the Speedo. Only a select number of very athletic individuals can get away with wearing a Speedo-style bathing suit. Rather, classic swim trunks are more flattering on all types of men’s bodies.
- Nix the bulky T shirt. Covering up your body with a large T-shirt can scream that you have something to hide. You’ll attract less attention wearing a modest swimsuit that fits you well.
- Stand with good posture. Slumping over can only exacerbate the look of girth. Stand up straight with your shoulders back and walk the beach with pride. If you have confidence in yourself, it will shine through.
- Work your assets. If you have a shapely bust, wear a swimsuit that draws attention there and away from the curvier hips or bottom.

Quick Bikini Fashion Tips

Chances are, if you are like most women, you have had difficulty picking out a swimsuit at some point in your life. Each spring, as the fashion magazines bombard you with the latest trends and fashion advice, you have likely become somewhat frustrated and overwhelmed with the seemingly futile search for the perfect swimsuit.
To aid you in your search for that perfect bikini this summer (yes, you should still have hope), here are 10 tried and true bikini fashion tips. Feel free to browse through the list, take what is useful to you now, and store the rest away for a rainy day next spring.
* Be honest with yourself about the swimsuit you are trying on. If the bikini does not fit, you definitely should not wear it. There are enough bikini styles out there that you will be able to find one that flatters your figure. The key is to keep looking.
* If the bikini you are trying on does not offer enough coverage, the solution is a different style, not a larger size. A larger size may only result in a saggy, too-loose bikini.
* Try online shopping. Not only will online shopping limit your encounters with tiny dressing rooms, bad mirrors, and harsh lights, it will also give you the opportunity to browse through hundreds of styles quickly and efficiently.
* For an overall slimming effect, always choose darker, matte colors over shiny pastels. Light, shiny colors have a tendency to show every flaw. Of course, black is always the most slimming color, but a navy blue or dark red will serve the same purpose.
* Be sure that your bikini top offers the right amount of support. Appropriate support can lift and shape small breasts and flatter large breasts. It will also prevent any unnecessary embarrassment in your bikini. If you have large breasts, especially, look for a bikini top with a hidden underwire or elastic support.
* Do not try to mask figure flaws with overall, swaddling coverage. Such coverage will often only make you appear larger. Instead, try wearing a lighter, attention-grabbing color on a part of the body you would like to showcase. Then, pair that piece with a darker color on a feature or figure flaw you would like to diminish. This will draw eyes away from any sensitive areas.
* Never wear a white bikini without double, or even triple, lining. No matter how opaque the fabric may appear when dry, there is no guarantee it will stay opaque when wet. The best trick is to place your hand inside the bikini and look in the mirror. If you can see skin, the bikini is not appropriately lined.
* Before purchasing a bikini, make sure you check the rear. You will want to be sure the bikini offers your desired amount of coverage before you debut it on the beach.
* In general, you should always choose a bikini style with high-cut legs. A high cut will lengthen the legs and make the hips and thighs appear slimmer. This tip alone is guaranteed to shave 10 pounds off your appearance.
* Do not get so caught up in the latest trends that you forget about classic bikini styles. There is a reason the triangle bikini top and simple full bikini bottom have been in style for so long; they offer simple flattery that does not change with the trends. When considering trendy styles, always be honest with yourself about how they look and feel on your body.
Despite your past experiences, there really may be one or more flattering bikinis out there for you. With the above fashion tips in mind, you should be ready to hit the stores and then the beach with full confidence in your bikini beauty.

Tips For a Sexy Bikini Body

Are you slightly hesitant about being able to fit into your brand new bikini? Well, all those boxes of fried chicken, pizza and donuts piling up in your refrigerator aren’t helping. Plus sitting in front of the TV day and night watching sweeps week will slow your progress as well. However, do not despair. Here are some tips on helping you to get a sexy bikini body.
A healthy diet is the key to creating and maintaining a body that your best critics would kill for. All you really need to do is stay motivated and focused and you’ll see results in no time at all. When counting calories, remember that one pound equals 3500 calories. A safe and healthy way to loose weight and diet is by reducing your daily calorie intake by 500 calories per day. Eat plenty of protein, stay away from high carb meals, sugar (unless it’s natural sugar) found in fruits. Opt for water over fruit juices and sodas and by all means, try your best to stay away from alcohol. They’re empty calories that will counteract all of the hard work you’ve put in up to that point.
Proper and consistent exercise will keep your energy levels high and the pounds will seem to melt away before your eyes. Here are some cardio exercises to hit those troubled spots: For your abs and torso area, crunches and sit ups will help shrink your stomach and even lessen the amount of food you can eat. For your arms and shoulders, elliptical and small weights will firm up any flabby areas and give you an even skin tone. For hips, thighs and buttocks, cycling, running and jogging (getting your heart rate up to 65% of its maximum, which is 220 minus your age times 0.65) burns fat and calories. Plus it tones up all of those loose areas below your hips that shake and jiggle. Remember you must do the above exercises for 30-60 minutes a day at least 5 times a week. The best time is usually before you start your day so afterwards your energy level will be elevated and you’ll breeze through your daily schedule.
So, remember these few extra suggestions that will help you to stay on the right track while working towards your better bikini body. Avoid high calorie snacks. Stick with fruits and vegetables if you’re hungry in between meals. Keep moving. Don’t sit around and become a permanent fixture on the couch. Walk to the store, walk up stairs instead of elevators and do spot exercises while sitting at a work desk or dinner table. Be positive because if you follow these instructions, you will see results and treat yourself to something nice that’s not food when you do. Good luck.

Micro bikinis are often seen as the most vulgar choice of swimwear, and clothing in general, on the market these days. But what one must understand is that women wear these types of sexy bikinis not only for the sexual appeal, but also to express their beautiful body. Many people will even go as far to say that micro bikinis are sexier than topless, since they conceal that mysterious beauty that the woman has to offer.
If looking your best on the beach sounds good to you, then follow these tips in order to look your best in a sexy micro bikini.
Find a Comfortable Bikini
You should only wear a bikini if YOU like the look and feel, not necessarily what’s in style. There are plenty different variations of the micro bikini as well. Most common types are Brazilian bikinis, the skimpiest of them all, your average micro bikinis with G strings, or sheer bikinis, which are see through.
A bikini also says a lot about the person wearing it. People who wear sheer bikinis tend to be the most bold, since that type exposes every part of the body. Micro bikini wearers tend to be the more mysterious type who enjoy making heads turn and attracting eyes.
Also, if you’re shopping online, imagine yourself wearing the bikini you see in that photo on the beach among many people. If you think you’d be proud showing off your gorgeous body with that sexy bikini, purchase it.
Tone Your Body
While it’s true that a person of any size or shape can wear a micro bikini, people typically look better in one if their body is toned and looks more athletic. However, this doesn’t mean that you need to be “model skinny.” In fact, most that are that skinny don’t usually look great with a micro bikini on, since micro bikinis were meant to show off those beautiful curves of a toned body.
As far as your diet goes, do NOT starve yourself to lose a few pounds. It is advised to eat a healthy diet composed of your proper amount of fruits, vegetables, and other types of foods. Alcohol also doesn’t help muscle growth, it stunts it.
Exercise also helps too. Try visiting your local gym or working out at your home once a day in order to keep muscle building and toned. Jogging helps tone up legs while simple arm work outs as seen on TV help out as well.
Make Sure Your Skin is Smooth and Clear
Make sure you have your entire body waxed before you hit the beach with your new micro bikini. Drinking plenty of water also helps to keep your pores clean and body hydrated. This, combined with exercise and a healthy diet, will certainly help created that beautiful body every woman desires and deserves.
